China and the United States launched the Working Group on Enhancing Climate Action in the 2020s via video link on Friday. It was jointly presided over by Xie Zhenhua, China’s Special Envoy for Climate Change, and John Kerry, the U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Climate.
