Beijing has urged New Delhi to honor the commitment it has made over Xizang-related issues, and speak and act cautiously on the matter.The Indian side should fully recognize the great sensitivity of the issues, and clearly understand the anti-China and separatist nature of the 14th Dalai Lama, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said on Monday. Mao made the remarks after Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended greetings to the 14th Dalai Lama on Sunday on the occasion of the latter’s 90th birthday.
