Insights | Former French Prime Minister calls for global consensus on climate action

The 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) is about to commence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin has said that the current situation of climate change is severe, and the most urgent task is to implement the Paris Agreement and take concrete actions. Raffarin called for taking climate action as an opportunity to build global consensus.
